Refined camellia seed oil

Process flow: The crude oil is pumped into a refining pot by a pump for degumming and neutralization. When the oil and soap are clearly separated and quickly sink, stop stirring and let it stand, then suck the upper clear oil to wash with water. The soap angle is put from the bottom drain pipe to the soap angle barrel. When the soap angle contains a lot of oil, stop putting soap feet. The soap feet are pumped into the soap feet by the pump. The remaining oil in the refining tank is mixed into the next irrigation to continue. The clear oil transferred in the refining tank is washed with water and then decolorized in the tank for adsorption and decolorization. The decolorized oil is pumped into the deaerator at a constant flow rate by a pump, and the oil flow rate is adjusted by a flow meter. In the deaerator, the oil is ejected through a plurality of nozzles on the feed pipe. The deaerator maintains a high vacuum of about 3mmHg absolute pressure to allow a small amount of air to penetrate the oil and be released. The oil comes out of the gasifier, is pumped into an oil-oil exchanger, and exchanges heat with the hot oil from the deodorizing tower, and is heated to at least 180 ° C. Coming out of the oil-oil heat exchanger, the oil flows into the heat-conducting oil furnace heater and is heated to 260 ° C. The heat-conducting oil is heated to 290 ° C in the heat-conducting oil furnace, and is recycled in the whole process. The hot oil to be deodorized enters the combined deodorizing tower from the heat-conducting oil heater, and the fatty acids and other relatively volatile odorous substances are extracted by the direct steam in the packing section, and then deodorized and thermally decolored in the plate section. When processing oil products with low acid value or low requirement for refined oil acid value, it is possible to directly deodorize and heat decolorize the plate section without going through the filler section. The oil after deacidification and deodorization is discharged from the combined deodorization tower, pumped into a heat exchanger to exchange with the oil to be deodorized, and then enters the cooler, which is cooled by water. After cooling, the oil temperature is not higher than 70 ° C, and then passes through a fine filter. Carry out insurance filtering and store it in the product oil tank.
Suitable varieties: rice bran oil, tea seed oil, corn germ, animal oil and other oils with high acid value and high impurities.
