I. Seed cleaning and impurity removal: Seeds will inevitably be mixed with sand, soil, stems, leaves and other debris during harvesting, drying, packaging, transportation and storage. 2. When necessary, dissolving 0.2% -0.3% of salt in oil in water can improve the hydration effect. The operation of adding water is an important stage of hydration. It is necessary to carefully control the amount of water added, the temperature of water and oil, and the speed of stirring and adding water. When hydration, always take a sample in the pot with a spoon to observe, and flexibly grasp the amount of water and the speed of water addition. After the water is added, when the rubber particles start to aggregate, that is, start stirring slowly, and raise the temperature to 75 ° C. When the liquid surface shows a clear oil path, stop stirring, and let it stand for 3 to 4 hours, and 4 to 5 hours in winter. Until the hydration oil foot is separated from the grease, release the oil foot, and get the degummed oil to the next procedure.
