The Prince of Wales Set to Attend UN Climate Conference in Brazil
The Prince of Wales is scheduled to attend the COP30 climate summit in South America during November, as announced by palace sources.
The father and son duo appeared together on Thursday evening at a reception preceding the climate summit, which is planned for in the northern Brazilian city of Belém.
The royal pair were present at the Natural History Museum reception, marking an noteworthy combined presence at a environmental conference preliminary meeting co-hosted by the UK government.
Environmental Advocacy Commitment
The King has been a long-time champion of protecting nature - and Prince William has inherited the mission, with his own climate innovation awards, which will be hosted in Rio before the UN meeting.
Official representatives have portrayed Prince William's attendance at the upcoming climate summit as assuming an crucial position in "environmental negotiations".
